I declare I will not compete in the Supersonic races series unless I am medically fit on the day of the races and that I will compete at my own risk. I accept that the organisers, sponsors, partners, marshals will not be liable for any loss, damages, action, claim, cost, or expenses that may arise in consequence of my participation of the event. I hereby give my permission for Supersonic Race Events and Supersonic Race Series to use my name and photographic likeness for marketing and promotional purposes. I also understand that the entry fee is non refundable once accepted, accept according to the terms in the refund policy below. Supersonic Race Events reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to cancel, delay or postpone the event due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances out of our reasonable control. Where the event has to be cancelled, delayed or postponed due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control we shall not be liable for any inconvenience, expenses , costs, losses or damages suffered by participants. Where the event has to be cancelled, delay or postponed due to circumstances that were within our reasonable control, our entire liability will be limited to the entry price you have paid (not including any booking fee). For prizes and awards, the final finishing positions will be determined by Gun Time across the series, unless informed otherwise before the start of the first race.
I understand music will be played at the venues and requesting for Madonna to be played will result in instant termination from the series.
I promise to not rock out with my c@ck out in public areas.
All course, venues, distances and dates are subject to change if due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy
Refunds can be made through the Nifty Entries portal until Thursday 30th April 2026. Refunds have a standard £15 charge to cover admin costs and charges incurred.
Transfers
Transfers can be made to another person via your Nifty Entries portal until Friday 8th May 2026. All transfers have a standard £7.50 charge to cover admin costs. It is between the two people transferring to agree any other fee for the place. All transfers must be completed via the Nifty Entries site. Supersonic Race Events will not be held responsible for any errors or missing data with transfers.
Please note we do not allow deferrals. We find this can impact the finances of next years event and causes excess administration.
